Summary: Situated at the eastern end of Pleasley Vale, a magnesian limestone gorge.
Description: Grazed pasture with steep rock faces at the northern extent. River Meden flows at southern extent. Area of scrub and sparse understory vegetation adjacent to rock face.
Reason for interest: Magnesian limestone substrate. End of gorge.
