Summary: Rear garden of detached house overlooking fields and flanked by original rhyne and unmanaged elm hedging.

Description: At one end of the garden lies long grass and natural unmanaged elm hedging overlooking a rhyne which is waterlogged all year round. The open garden consists of trimmed lawn, fruit trees and several sheltered areas of upturned flower pots, a greenhouse and patio area.

Reason for interest: Although typical of many gardens this site includes natural hedging and a rhyne typical of the somerset levels.
