DistributionThe species is widespread on high ground in North Wales, northern England and Scotland. It is widespread in Scandinavia and northern Europe.
Habitat and ecology
The spider is usually found on high ground. Adults occur in late summer, autumn and winter (Locket & Millidge 1951).
Status
Local and uncommon.
